Overview

We are excited to be supporting an exciting Yorkshire-based, fast-track Technology business. A trailblazer in ground transport technology, they connect organisations to the UK's largest vehicle rental network.

As Office & HR Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will champion a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of both office management & HR responsibilities, from recruitment to employee relations, as well as overseeing office operations and facilities.

Case management/employee relations activity is not likely to take up a large part of your time, as Managers are encouraged to have honest and open dialogue with their teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files.
  • Advise managers on employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
  • Develop and review HR policies and initiatives.
  • Oversee employee benefits and support payroll processes.
  • Produce monthly HR reports and KPIs.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Conduct annual employee engagement surveys.
