Role: Case Manager

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in progressing within the Bridging Finance industry.

The role involves managing post-funding cases from inception to redemption, ensuring adherence to original terms by implementing appropriate account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, address issues, and propose solutions.
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary.
• Maintain regular contact with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues and follow up for payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements and manage requests for further advances or extensions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors.
• Possess knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Review and challenge documentation as needed.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
• Understand the conveyancing process and have a background in financial services.
• Proficient in Excel and numeracy skills.
• Awareness of GDPR and legislative requirements.
