We are working with a reputable lender to offer an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in advancing within the Bridging Finance industry. The role involves managing post-approval cases from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms, and implementing account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Manage relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators through regular communication
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate
• Address breaches or non-compliance of loan terms, and pursue payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements and handle requests for further advances or extensions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors
• Review and challenge documentation related to Bridging Finance, including residential, development, and commercial loans with first and second charges
• Possess knowledge of the conveyancing process and legislative requirements such as GDPR
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets effectively
• Work well independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and numeracy skills

• Experience in Financial Services, especially in Bridging Finance
• Ability to review legal and financial documentation critically
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Understanding of GDPR and legislative compliance
• Numeracy skills and proficiency with Excel
