Qualifications

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling, or relevant Level 3 Diplomas.
  • Experience working with complex needs and substance misuse.
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with service users in outreach settings.
  • Conduct assessments and implement care plans.
  • Deliver psychosocial and psychological interventions.
  • Maintain service user records and reports.
