Job summary

A leading charity in the drug and alcohol sector is seeking a Substance Misuse Case Manager to join their outreach team in Doncaster. This role involves engaging with individuals facing substance misuse issues, conducting assessments, and providing tailored care packages. Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in the substance misuse field is required.
  • A relevant degree or diploma in health/social care is essential.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of therapeutic interventions and recovery principles.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with service users and signpost to treatment services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate user needs.
  • Deliver psychosocial and psychological intervention packages.
