A nurturing early years setting in Greater Lincolnshire seeks an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality care and education. The role involves leading a dedicated team, overseeing early years learning standards, and engaging with parents. Ideal candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and experience in leadership roles. - Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to promote nursery services.
- Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
- Proven experience in an early years leadership or senior practitioner role.

- Current DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
