We are recruiting an experienced midwife to lead perinatal mortality reviews. The role will encompass working with a varied multidisciplinary team and completing the nationally recommended Perinatal Mortality Review Tool (PMRT) in its entirety. You will coordinate all actions and drive forward any necessary changes that arise from that review to ensure that families receive high quality safe care. The role will also include supporting the quality governance team with case reviews which are conducted by external bodies and facilitate completion of actions and necessary system changes in response to case reviews where required.
