A leading care organization in Poole is seeking a Night Care Team Leader to manage the delivery of quality care for residents at Dorset House. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care and experience in medication administration. This role emphasizes teamwork and leadership to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Competitive pay up to £15.00 per hour and various benefits are offered.
Pay rate: Up to £15.00 per hour + paid breaks. Hours: Full-time and part-time available.
You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
Includes alternate weekend working. We are not currently offering sponsorship.
