  • Lead the night shift care and nurse team to ensure residents' needs are met.

Night Care Manager - Laverstock Care Centre, Salisbury - £18 per hour
  • 80 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
  • Full time; 48hrs per week
  • Shifts are 12hrs (8pm to 8am) and include alternate weekends

  • Maintain up-to-date and relevant clinical and care competencies.
  • Promote consistent and effective communication between night and day teams.
  • Oversee night staff rotas, breaks, and ensure adequate cover across the home.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to resident care, routines, and any night-time observations.
  • Support and guide team members, encouraging ongoing development and training.
