Job summary
A leading insurance broker in Chelmsford is seeking a skilled Account Manager to handle HNW Celebrity clients. The role involves negotiating renewal terms, mitigating risks, and ensuring exceptional client service. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Private Client/HNW Insurance industry.
- Proficient in using Acturis system for at least 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate and deliver renewal terms.
- Attend site appraisals with loss adjusters, surveyors, and clients.
- Mitigate risks faced by HNW individuals/Celebrities and their families.

A long-established Insurance Broker with mergers and acquisitions in their future development, are recruiting for a technical and expert HNW Account Manager.
Dealing with and mitigating the risks faced by HNW individuals/Celebrities and their families.
The Account Manager will play a pivotal role within the business, working closely with the Managing Partners and other team members.
You will be expected to liaise with insurers in negotiating and delivering renewal terms and / or MTA s.
Other duties include claims and attending site appraisals with loss adjusters, surveyors, and clients.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Experience - minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Private Client/HNW Insurance industry.
- Articulate - proficiency in written and spoken English is imperative.
- Computer / IT – competent in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Acturis.
- Strong interpersonal skills
Experience
- HNW Personal Lines: 3 years
- Acturis system: 1 year (required)
