About the Role:
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well established and busy law firm in Cwmbran is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis. You will manage a caseload of up to 100 residential property files with the support of a dedicated legal assistant. The caseload includes a varied mix of local work and panel referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of up to 100 residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

Handle all aspects of residential transactions including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, transfers of equity, and remortgages

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout the process

Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firms case management system

Work collaboratively with a dedicated legal assistant to ensure smooth file progression

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload

Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong client relationships

Proficiency in using case management systems and digital tools

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a busy office environment

Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (office-based only)

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience
