Residential Property Conveyancer

A North Hampshire law firm has a new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their Residential Property department working closely with Property Development including developers and house builders.

The work involves handling sales, purchase, new build, part exchange and plot sales. This is a busy department and will suit someone with previous experience in dealing with Residential property transactions as a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

There will plenty of client contact and the role requires good time management, communication and organisational skills.

There will be excellent career prospects for the right candidate.
