Job description

A well-established and respected Yorkshire firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Skipton.

The role is suitable for a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or someone without formal qualifications who is self-sufficient and confident.

The caseload consists of high-quality cases rather than high quantity, as the firm prioritizes client care over a large number of completions per month with unmanageable caseloads.

You can expect to work on files including sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfer of equity. There is minimal New Build work.
