Conveyancing Fee Earner – Halifax

Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner seeking your next career move? About the Role:

As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling a broad mix of residential transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership
  • Help to Buy
  • Experience with new build matters is highly desirable but not essential

You will work within a supportive environment alongside highly experienced conveyancers and solicitors, benefiting from ongoing in-house training and structured development.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • Minimum 1+ year of conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent)
