TSR Legal has been instructed on two excellent opportunities by a respected conveyancing firm in Bristol, looking to bring on board experienced residential conveyancers on a fully remote basis.

The role

• Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and managing other transaction-related documentation
• Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members as needed

The ideal candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years' experience handling your own caseload
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4 years' or more experience running your own caseload; must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
