Who we’re looking for

  • 1+ year PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Confident in managing a full caseload independently from instruction to completion
  • Experience supervising junior staff and supporting trainees
  • Exposure to forecasting and understanding financial performance
  • Open-minded, culturally engaged, and ready to get involved
  • Preferably not overly corporate, this team is friendly, collaborative, and down to earth
