Key Responsibilities:

As a Residential Property Solicitor, your role will involve managing a caseload frominstruction to post-completion, including:

• Handlingfreehold and leaseholdresidential sales and purchases
• Managingremortgage transactionsandequity releasecases
• Drafting and reviewingcontracts, titles andtransfer documents
• Handlingtransfers of equityandmatrimonial transfers
• Ensuring compliance withCQS protocolsand quality standards
• Providing supervision and support to conveyancing assistants
• Building strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
• Cross-referring clients to other legal departments where appropriate

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience managing a fullresidential conveyancing caseload
• Knowledge oflocal property marketsin Sutton Coldfieldand surrounding areas
• Strongclient careand communication skills
• Experience inbusiness developmentand networking
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
