Job Description:

Our client is a mid-sized established property firm, specialising in residential property. They seek to add a Residential Conveyancer to their team, as they have seen positive growth in the department again this year after significant expansion in recent years. The firm boasts a diverse caseload, fostering a sense of community and teamwork in achieving results for clients and developing as a team and company.

Having worked with this client for over 6 years, I have observed their progress, development, and support for a wide range of employees at various levels of technical ability in residential conveyancing.

This role is crucial in maintaining the firm's success and enabling further growth through strong technical skills.

The role involves working on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseloads and working cohesively within a team, with minimal supervision. Experience with shared ownership, equity cases, remortgages, and new builds is advantageous but not mandatory.

The firm offers a hybrid/remote working structure, with 2 days in the office per week.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing role, managing your own caseload
  • Strong technical ability and procedural knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Exceptional communication and client care skills

Key benefits include a competitive bonus structure, great holidays, and wider perks. The firm provides excellent career prospects and values longevity in the role. They are expanding over the next few years, making this a fantastic time to join.
