A global healthcare technology leader is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst based in the Greater London area. This role involves managing payroll processes for a growing team across multiple EMEA countries. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in high-volume payroll processing and a degree in Finance or Business. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll submission, collaborate with HR teams, and contribute to payroll-related projects. The senior payroll analyst plays a critical role in management and oversight for payroll processes serving as a vital link between employees and the business ensuring that employees are paid timely and accurately. This role involves in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and the capacity to work with payroll software systems, indicating a blend of technical expertise and regulatory comprehension
This role will be part of our global payroll team providing support for up to 1,000 employees across 5 EMEA Countries as we operationally separate from Medtronic to an independent business.
