A leading bullion dealer is seeking a Health, Safety & Facilities Officer to oversee safety, security, and compliance in their Birmingham operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational safety, hold a full UK driving license, and demonstrate strong incident management skills. This role involves maintaining a safe workplace through inspections, risk assessments, and training. Location: Birmingham, Office-based
Contract: Full time, permanent contract (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience
Office-based at our Birmingham Head Office; visa sponsorship is not available

This hands‑on role safeguards our colleagues and workplace by maintaining security, managing facilities partners, supporting incident response, and ensuring we continue to meet the standards expected of a high‑value operational environment.
