Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for an HR Business Partner based in Liverpool. This permanent position offers a salary of £42-£47,000 plus bonus. The successful applicant will leverage their generalist HR skills within a supportive organization. You should be experienced in HR advisory roles, possess a strategic outlook, and ideally have manufacturing sector knowledge. The role requires strong employment law knowledge and effective relationship-building skills. Onsite work is mandatory, with a commitment to equity and inclusion.

Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner looking to take a step up and embrace a new role within a leading organisation with an impressive record of success?

This is an exciting and varied role, giving you the opportunity to utilise your full generalist and strategic HR toolkit in a forward-thinking organisation that holds its people at the core of its values.

A pacey business, you’ll establish strong working relationships from the get-go, and as the subject matter expert, you’ll be the go-to for all things HR. You'll be joining a dedicated and engaged HR function and will be afforded autonomy while working within a supportive and values-driven business.

You’ll have a solid generalist background with strong employment law knowledge, a strategic outlook, well-developed business and personal judgement skills, and the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.

Ultimately, we are seeking a forward-thinking Senior HR Advisor looking to take a step up or a Junior HR Business partner looking for a new challenge, equipped with a commercial outlook and key experience gained, ideally within manufacturing environments.

The environment is fast-paced and ever-evolving. Therefore, it is essential that you adopt a flexible approach and the ability to react quickly and confidently to people's and business needs.

For the top end of the salary range you'll be CIPD qualified and a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner with Manufacturing industry sector experience.

Please note, this role is 5 days per week onsite.
