A leading agriculture firm in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization. The role involves aligning HR initiatives with operational goals while supporting senior leaders throughout the employee lifecycle. Candidates must have a strong generalist HR background, hands-on experience with HR systems, and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. Ideal applicants will also have a background in food manufacturing or agriculture.

You will work in partnership with the business to ensure HR initiatives are closely aligned to organisational objectives and contribute positively to employee experience and operational success.
