A construction project management company is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a 28-week contract in Strachur, Scotland. The ideal candidate will oversee subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and monitor construction progress. Applicants should have valid SMSTS certification and First Aid qualifications, along with experience in similar projects. Accommodation support is available for the duration of the contract.

- Monitor construction progress and maintain accurate site records
- Report regularly to the project management team
- Uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Current First Aid qualification

- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

- Core working hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
