Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: upto £55,000 + bonus + Exceptional Benefits + enhanced pension at 9.5%

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of a prominent mixed-use estate

Oversee service delivery through close coordination with contractors and service partners

Support and collaborate with building and technical services managers

Maintain excellent estate standards and ensure full compliance across all operations

Monitor budgets, assist in financial reporting, and drive energy-efficient initiatives

Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to deliver a first-class estate experience

About You:

Problem solver with the ability to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner

Methodical, highly organised, and attentive to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Self-disciplined, confident, proactive, and accurate
