A contracting company is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an 8-week contract to oversee the refurbishment of a car showroom in Ayr. Qualificações
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Strong track record of managing refurbishment projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Responsabilidades
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site operatives.
- Overseeing health & safety compliance and site inductions.
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to the project team.
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the project.
- Acting as the main point of contact on site.
