• Lead and manage production teams to achieve manufacturing targets, (4 Managers across 4 shifts)
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards within the site.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and analyse production performance metrics to optimise processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Provide leadership and training to staff to foster a high-performing culture.
