Freelance Site Manager - 28 Week Contract

Location: Strachur (accommodation support available)
Start Date: November 2025
Duration: Approx. 28 weeks
Project: Extension project valued at ~£500,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and site operatives
• Ensure health & safety compliance, site inductions, and daily briefings
• Monitor construction progress and maintain accurate site records
• Report regularly to the project management team
• Uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS certification
• Current First Aid qualification
• Proven experience managing similar construction projects
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
