Why This Role Is Different

You’ll be integral to the studio’s pursuit of exciting new projects, playing a proactive and strategic role in identifying and securing opportunities. Your insights and expertise in managing the complete bid lifecycle, from initial assessments through competitions, RFP’s, and direct client engagements, will help shape the future direction of the practice.

This is not a reactive position: you'll actively seek out and open doors to new business, working closely alongside senior leadership who will support and guide the strategic assessment of leads.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct first-pass assessments of new project opportunities and advise senior leadership on strategic viability.
• Lead and coordinate the entire bid management process across competitions, RFP’s, and EOI’s.
• Build strategic relationships, particularly with government entities such as PIF-backed organisations in Saudi Arabia.
• Work closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive, compelling submissions.
• Leverage data analytics, AI, and market research to identify and qualify new leads, and develop informed, strategic bid approaches.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven architectural Bid management experience (minimum 4-5 years).
• Comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of bid processes from qualification to final submission.
• Experience with government entities, ideally including Saudi PIF-backed organisations.
• Commercial awareness combined with strategic thinking.
• Skilled in data-driven market analysis, proficient in using analytics tools, AI, and public data resources.
• Exceptional communicator with a talent for crafting persuasive narratives and presentations.
• Highly organised, self-driven, and looking for an opportunity to significantly advance your career.
