A leading construction company in Birmingham is seeking a Bid Manager to oversee complex bids from strategy through to submission. This role includes collaborating with construction teams and managing timelines to ensure high-quality proposals. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in construction bid management with strong communication and organizational skills. Working as a Bid Manager in our West Midlands and South West Building Unit, you will be responsible for planning and executing bids in line with client requirements and tender strategy. Working collaboratively with our expert construction delivery teams and supply chain partners, you will lead bids from the identification of opportunities through the complete lifecycle of the bid process, shaping winning bid strategies and crafting high-quality proposals. With a background in the Construction you will bring enthusiasm and drive to look beyond the obvious, seeking innovative solutions to individual projects whilst embracing both Client and Galliford Try ambitions. You will be a self-motivated and results orientated team player, with strong communication and leadership skills, and an innovative approach to solution finding.
