We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner who has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal advice on corporate governance matters and commercial conveyancing transactions with a strong understanding of the law.
Working as a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of commercial conveyancing matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and corporate transactions.
As a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner you will have a strong understanding of the law and be able to provide sound legal advice in a timely manner. The firm is looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is able to work independently and as part of a team. This is an office-based role only (the firm are unable to offer hybrid/working from home).
