About the team:
You’ll be joining a newly formed team at a pivotal point in our growth journey, an exciting chance to shape the future of our trade sales function from the ground up. Reporting directly to our Revenue Director, you’ll be instrumental in unlocking the full potential of our stock through strategic trade partnerships. This function is being built with purpose, bringing pace, structure and commercial clarity to how we manage, price and sell our products to trade customers.
About the role:
As Trade Sales & Merchandising Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our stock and our trade partners. You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of growth of our trade sales activity, ensuring the right products are available to the right buyers, at the right time. Whether it’s overseeing inventory levels, maintaining pricing, or managing deliveries and relationships, you’ll bring rigour, pace and commercial focus to help us grow sustainably and profitably.
At Vintage Cash Cow, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard, valued, respected and empowered to bring their authentic self to work. We believe that diversity drives innovation, creativity and success.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, perspectives and experiences, and we strive to create equitable opportunities for all. Together, we’re building a culture that celebrates individuality and champions equity at every level of our organisation.
If you’re excited about this role, but don’t tick every box, we still encourage you to apply. Your unique skills and experiences might be just what we’re looking for now or in the future.
If you need adjustments or accommodations during the hiring process, please reach out to us and we will do our best to support you.
Since 2016, we've grown from a team of five to over 250 experts, becoming the #1 choice for selling valuables online.
