Job summary
A leading optical frame business is seeking a dynamic Eyewear Sales Representative in North West Midlands. This role focuses on building customer relationships with eyecare professionals and involves strategic sales planning and account management. Candidates with optical experience and a strong understanding of the market will thrive in this target-driven environment. The package includes a competitive salary around £40k with potential OTE of £60k and additional benefits such as a company car.

- Previous field sales and/or optical experience (Dispensing Optician or Practice Manager).
- Strong understanding of the eyewear market and competitor landscape.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive profitability through product mix optimization and upselling.
- Negotiate sales agreements within agreed limits.
- Act as a brand ambassador and support marketing initiatives.
- Manage the sales pipeline and assist with month-end processes.
