- Good understanding of construction contracts (NEC / JCT desirable).
- IT proficient - MS Office, project scheduling tools.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid qualifications preferred.
- Full UK driving licence required.

You will be responsible for managing a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial build projects from pre-construction through to completion. - Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.

- Chair progress meetings, prepare project reports, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Resolve site issues promptly and proactively to keep projects on track.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and promote repeat business.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.

- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of construction contracts (NEC / JCT desirable).
