Kyriba is seeking a Global Benefits & Wellness Leader to develop and execute its global benefits strategy. The role involves reviewing current benefits, managing vendor relationships, designing wellness programs, and ensuring compliance across countries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global benefits administration, vendor negotiations, and a background in consulting and corporate environments.

• Developing and implementing a global benefits strategy aligned with Kyriba's objectives.
• Overseeing administration of healthcare, retirement, insurance, wellness, and other benefit programs.
• Reviewing and enhancing existing benefits to meet market standards.
• Managing vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions.
• Leading wellness initiatives to promote employee health.
• Analyzing benefit utilization and market trends for continuous improvement.
• Communicating benefit plan changes to employees effectively.
• Staying updated on global benefits trends and regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws in all operational countries.
• Managing US Open Enrollment processes.

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in benefits administration, including global benefits.
• CEBS certification preferred.
• Experience in corporate and consulting environments managing global benefits.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently remotely and handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits systems.
