Qualifications

  • Understanding of IT user management processes.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, or O365 is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user administration requests via the IT management system.
  • Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and email systems.
  • Assign access rights and permissions based on job role.
  • Process changes for role updates and transfers.
  • Disable or remove accounts for leavers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for auditing and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on access policies to stakeholders.

What you’ll do day to day
  • Respond to user administration requests via our IT management system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, email systems, and enterprise applications
  • Assign appropriate access rights and permissions based on job role and department
  • Process changes for role updates, department transfers, and location moves
  • Disable or remove accounts promptly for leavers, ensuring secure data handling
  • Maintain accurate documentation for auditing and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide guidance on access policies and procedures to internal stakeholders
