A nature conservation organization in Brighton seeks a motivated Administration Officer for a part-time role. You will supervise the Caerlaverock reserve office operations and manage financial interactions. Ideal candidates will have experience in office management and financial systems, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office. You'll lead a small team and respond to customer feedback, contributing to preserving our vital wetlands. Accommodation on site is available, and a range of employee benefits are offered.
Caerlaverock is a stunning nature reserve situated on the north Solway coast. We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our small team.
You will supervise the smooth and efficient operation of the WWT Caerlaverock reserve office and financial interactions in the running of our nature reserve and visitor centre. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Centre Manager and the wider team.
This post will suit someone with skills in managing finances and administrative process and who will be inspired by working on one of the best nature reserves in Scotland.
This is a part‑time role working 22.5 hours, ideally 3 days a week but we are open to other work patterns.
