- Oversee all daily dispatch activities and coordinate daily workloads.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
- Manage courier collections, book shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain stock accuracy and support inventory checks.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is completed correctly.
- Uphold health & safety standards within the dispatch area.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support smooth operations.
- Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident leading a small team and delegating tasks effectively.
- Good IT skills, including experience with dispatch or warehouse systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
