Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Job summary
A leading marketing technology company in Paris is seeking a passionate Demand Generation Marketing Manager to design and execute multi-channel strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, particularly within B2B SaaS. Responsibilities include managing outbound campaigns, lead nurturing, and webinars. Strong analytical and communication skills in English and French are essential for success in this role.

- Solid track record in outbound campaign execution and lead nurturing automation.
- Knowledge of webinar platforms and best practices for high-engagement online events.

Batch is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. He/She will design and execute multi-channel strategies to attract, engage, and nurture prospects across the customer lifecycle, with a strong focus on outbound, webinars, and nurturing programs.
- Outbound strategy: Build, test, and optimize outbound campaigns (email & social) to generate qualified pipeline. Work closely with Sales and Ops to compile hitlists and align messaging.
- Lifecycle marketing & nurturing: Design lead nurturing flows and customer lifecycle programs to drive qualified pipeline.
- Webinar roadmap: work on our webinar strategy — editorial calendar based on the content roadmap, promotion, execution, follow-up and measurement.
- Events & other team projects: Participate actively in the marketing team key projects, such as bi-annual Batch Keynotes and other industry events.
- Performance measurement: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (our marketing funnel metrics include: awareness, engagement, qualified pipelien) with a focus on continuous optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success to ensure demand-gen activities are aligned with company priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years’ experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS/Martech.
- Solid track record in outbound campaign execution and lead nurturing automation (Hubspot, Apollo) ; strong knowledge of webinar platforms and best practices for high-engagement online events.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and French
- Analytical mindset: ability to read data, extract insights, and translate them into actions.
- Team player, curious, and proactive in contributing to collective projects.
- Knowledge of the Customer Engagement / Marketing Automation space a plus
