The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Turkish and English. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is strategic, relationship-driven, and commercially minded to join our Business & Partnerships team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to identify, build, and scale new revenue opportunities across the Turkish market. You are a self-starter with a strong business acumen, capable of navigating complex commercial environments, building strong client relationships, and negotiating partnership agreements with confidence. You understand industry dynamics, can spot new opportunities early, and are driven to deliver results. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills are required, along with prior experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial expansion within the Turkish market. The ability to manage multiple pipelines, adapt to market changes, and drive strategic execution end-to-end will be critical to success.
