A growing SaaS company is seeking a Business Development Manager for France. You will lead customer acquisition in the outdoor hospitality market, focusing on campsite owners and holiday park operators. This remote role requires at least 3 years in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven attitude. Qualifications

Description du poste

As Business Development Manager France specializing in Holiday Parks & Campsites, you'll drive customer acquisition and growth in the premier outdoor hospitality markets of South-East France.

This remote role is ideally based near key transport hubs such as Toulouse, Montpellier, or Marseille/Aix-en-Provence. You'll manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approach specifically tailored to the needs of campsite owners and holiday park operators. By collaborating closely with Customer Success, you will ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction for your partners. You'll report directly to the Business Development Manager France.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and follow up on new leads within our customer base;
  • Carry out structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone calls;
  • Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations;
  • Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships;
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention;
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot);
  • Report on sales results and market trends to the Manager Business Development France;
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy for the French market.
