RETAIL SUPERVISOR @MAX MARA DEPARTMENT STORES - PARIS

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple points of sale located within the most prestigious Parisian department stores, including Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and La Samaritaine, as well as managing future store openings.

The main objective is to ensure the achievement of both qualitative and quantitative targets, guaranteeing the brand's correct image and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve business targets, including budget, revenue, and profitability goals, while driving the growth of stores within the assigned perimeter.
• Maintain and enhance the brand’s image, staff performance, and product presentation to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage store personnel, from recruitment to setting performance-driven goals, while fostering training and development activities.
• Monitor ongoing store activities and implement quick and strategic solutions aligned with corporate standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or a related position within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Parisian department store landscape.
• Fluency in both French and English is required; additional languages, particularly Italian, will be considered a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to manage priorities and stress independently.
