Job Summary

Our customer is looking for Workplace Systems Engineers Level 2 or 3 M / F to join our dynamic team.

Responsible for managing and optimizing Workplace systems for our customers, ensuring a high level of performance and availability. You will work closely with technical teams and end users to ensure an optimal user experience.

They are seeking an experienced Developer / Lead Tech for a long-term mission within a development center responsible for applications for a large international energy company.

This role involves technical support for developers, architecture decisions, and active participation in application modernization.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Technical design and refactoring in Python Django + Angular / React of PHP and JS (back & front) code, with GIS mapping features integration.
• Technical supervision of developers and implementation of best practices.
• Participation in architecture choices and strategic technical decisions.
• Preparation and support for integrating a GIS module into the web tool.
• Representing / being a referent during cross-cutting points (comitology, Agile communities, others).
• Applying eco-design and performance optimization principles.
• Producing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Participating in and monitoring developments within an Agile / Scrum framework.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project development and architecture for a key account client.
• Experience in technical management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Python (Django), PHP, Angular, React, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in code refactoring and application modernization.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker, Gitflow).
• Mastery of Cloud technologies.
• Good command of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with containerization and application deployment.
• Strong understanding of geomatics principles and spatial databases operation.
• Experience with web GIS tools is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a customer project team.
• Fluency in French is essential.

Interview Process

Three interviews are planned:

Final interview with DG Exchange for contractual agreement (permanent contract signing).
