We are looking for a Quality apprentice in Toulouse :

About the role:

As a Quality apprentice, you’ll work directly with the Head of Operations and lead engineers to set up the foundations of a robust quality management system. From documenting internal procedures to supporting supplier audits and product traceability, you’ll have a hands-on role in ensuring that every Pangea product meets the highest standards of reliability, traceability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and documenting quality processes and procedures across manufacturing, testing, and procurement.
• Support the creation and implementation of inspection plans, checklists, and acceptance criteria for critical components.
• Work with engineers and technicians to establish traceability workflows for parts, materials, and assemblies.
• Help design and roll out a non-conformance tracking system, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in the selection and setup of quality tools and platforms (e.g., QMS systems, part inspection tools).
• Assist in creating digital tools (e.g., SharePoint libraries, forms, issue trackers) to support documentation control and process standardization.
• Support supplier quality evaluations and incoming inspection activities.
• Learn how aerospace companies align with ESA, ECSS, EN9100, and REACH standards — and help us get there.
  
  
  

What you need to be successful:

• Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build systems from scratch.
• Interest in aerospace quality standards and hardware reliability.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, EN9100, ECSS, or other aerospace/industrial standards is a plus (but not required).
• Hands-on attitude — you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into technical details with engineers and technicians.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
