The Director of Architecture & Design will oversee the architectural and creative aspects of RCG’s New Build Portfolio, supporting and guiding project leads across all brands new ship builds. In collaboration with the Sr. Director and AVP of Architecture & Innovation, this role acts as a key team leader and collaborator within the design organization, ensuring a cohesive vision and fostering a positive, innovative environment that upholds RCG’s reputation in the cruise industry.
While this position is part of the Miami-based architecture and design organization and reports to leadership in Miami, the position will be based in St. Nazaire, France.
