Une entreprise de services financiers à Paris recherche un Responsable d'équipe pour gérer les produits ALTO. Vous serez chargé(e) de définir la vision de l'équipe, d'exécuter des analyses de marché et d'industrialiser les processus d'onboarding. Les candidats doivent avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion, ainsi qu'une forte orientation client. Ce rôle demande une attention particulière aux détails et la capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités tout en motivant l'équipe.

Project & Professional Services for ALTO Investment team

Project & Professional Services for ALTO Investment team is responsible for the onboarding of clients on ALTO products and services. The team is responsible for client’s implementation projects but can also step in during the business development or support phase.

Role description

Build & Manage the team across various countries.

Define clearly the vision and ambition of the team

Bring market knowledge, perform competitive analysis and define outsourcing possibilities.

Industrialize processes & onboarding methodology.

Manage conflicts.

Empower team and enhance productivity.

Build trust and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for Risk, Performance, Investment Compliance and Private assets.
• Motivate the team and ensuring continuous improvement within the team.
• Set directions for the team and coordinate resources.
• Manage capacity planning, budgeting, resource allocation and staffing across geographical zone.
• Manage new recruitments.
• Manage escalations related to the stream for all clients.
• Define and constantly improve the vision and strategy for the team.
• Foster creativity.
• Manage resources (annual appraisal, mobility).
• Provide and prepare communications on team achievements and KPI’s.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to deliver clients gaps.
• Represent Amundi Technology on steering committee for clients.
• Define requirements to enhance the onboarding process with third parties platforms (MSCI, Factset, Confluence, Investment Compliance rules library, etc.) in collaboration with the partnership team.
• Coordinate and consolidate Support Level 2 with CS team, ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
