A pioneering electric vehicle manufacturer is seeking an experienced engineer to contribute to the production of groundbreaking electric vehicles. The role involves project management in vehicle manufacturing, procurement processes, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a relevant degree, and strong problem-solving skills. As a member of the Technical Office Engineering (TOE) you will contribute within the production environment, to the manufacturing and testing of the first cars featuring the pioneering Scout design and functionalities. Additionally, you will play a decisive role in transferring the lessons learned to product optimization activities and the later pre‑series and series production line. In your role you will report to the Manager of the Engineering Office.

This is a full‑time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00
