A global company in Paris is seeking a strategic communicator to lead internal and people communication strategies. The ideal candidate will manage content across various channels to enhance employee engagement and build employer branding. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in communications and 5-7 years of relevant experience, coupled with strong communication skills in both English and French. Your mission - As part of our Group Communications team and reporting to the Group Head of Internal & Editorial Communications, you will lead and implement the company’s internal & people communication strategy, ensuring alignment with our vision, values, and business priorities. You will manage content creation and campaign execution across internal and external channels to drive employee engagement, reinforce business objectives, foster cultural cohesion, and enhance the visibility of our employer brand both internally and externally.
Headquarters based position in Paris, 16. Occasional travel within Europe is expected.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in communications and bring 5–7 years of experience in internal and / or corporate communications within international organizations.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to craft clear, engaging ‘ready to publish’ content in both languages.
