We’re looking for a sharp and dependable

Project Manager / Virtual Assistant with a marketing background to coordinate daily operations across multiple channels—including PR, link building, SEO, influencer marketing, Telegram ads, and PPC.

This role is

not about deep subject-matter expertise—it's about organization, communication, and being a reliable point of contact who keeps everything moving and nothing slipping through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reply to client and partner emails promptly and professionally
2. Coordinate day-to-day activities across all active marketing channels
3. Keep internal teams aligned and on-task (influencers, PR, PPC, SEO, etc.)
4. Manage calendars, deadlines, and status updates for campaigns and tasks
5. Assist with basic reporting and task tracking
6. Provide general support and clear communication with clients and partners
7. Flag issues early and suggest simple solutions to keep things on track

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive
• Experience in marketing project coordination or as a virtual assistant
• Tech-savvy and able to pick up new tools / platforms quickly (e.g., Trello, Slack, Airtable, GDrive)
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused
