Descripción del empleo

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to monitor P&A budget (Prints and Advertising) and actual expenses.
2. Collaborate in reporting to the Head Office by running reports and analyzing data using SAP and other systems.
3. Assist with month-end and quarter-end processes.
4. Review expense reports using the CONCUR tool.
5. Supervise invoice accounting.
6. Follow up on outsourced AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) activities, producing daily reports and analyzing KPIs.
7. Assist with external and internal statutory tax and audit processes.
8. Reconcile customer and vendor balances.
9. Assist with any other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies within the last 3 years (Practical Training Contract).
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (a university diploma or certificate will be required).
• Proven ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present financial data.
• Keen interest in film and the entertainment industry.
