What we are looking?

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in project management and a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

1. Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key clients.
2. Identify and address client needs and challenges.
3. Serve as main point of contact for client.
4. Create and implement business strategy for the account.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on account status.
7. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
8. Design and implement new processes.
9. Lead IT testing (UAT) from operational perspective.
10. Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
11. Create yearly operational budget.
12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
13. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
14. Communicate project status to stakeholders, senior management, and client.
15. Identify and mitigate project risks.
16. Offer close and consistent support to the operation.
17. Lead Continuous Improvement projects and align with Business needs.

What do you need to have success in GXO?

1. Proven experience in Account and Project Management in Logistics/Warehousing with a focus on E-Commerce.
2. Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational and negotiation skills.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 in both).
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Outstanding team player and ability to work autonomously without direction.
8. In-depth knowledge of Reflex Web or ability to learn quickly.
9. Flexibility regarding work hours, especially during peak periods.
