Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with existing LATAM clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.
Ideal Candidate
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with experience in the Forex, Fintech, or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90%), handling emails, meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.
Position Details
This is a full-time remote position (5/2) aligned with the Spain time zone (UTC+1 / UTC+2).
