About The Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with existing LATAM clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.

Ideal Candidate

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with experience in the Forex, Fintech, or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90%), handling emails, meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.

Position Details

This is a full-time remote position (5/2) aligned with the Spain time zone (UTC+1 / UTC+2).

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through ongoing support and communication.
  2. Identify at-risk clients and take proactive retention measures.
  3. Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to re-engage inactive clients.
  4. Understand client needs and recommend customized products or services.
  5. Handle client concerns effectively, resolving issues professionally.
  6. Collaborate with support, compliance, and conversion teams for seamless client experience.
  7. Meet or exceed KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and revenue.
  8. Record detailed client interactions in CRM.
  9. Provide feedback on client trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or client retention in a high-paced environment.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Target-driven with understanding of customer value and business impact.
  4. Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
  5. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  6. Comfortable with CRM systems and data-driven metrics.
  7. Flexible to work shifts if needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Forex, Fintech, or iGaming.
